Yes, you can also do yoga and meditation. Which makes the mind and body feel free. (If done properly). Due to meditation, a lot of negative things inside us come out, due to which positive energy comes in us. 

If we want to be happy, meditation is very important. Similarly, things like going to yoga or body exercises like gym, running also prove to be helpful in keeping us away from tress.

3. Sleep More:- 

Good and deep sleep is very important for peace of mind and body. Especially when something is not going right. When we are in deep sleep, our body and mind also become calm and due to which our mind is unable to pay attention to negative things, and our mind becomes free from negative things. 

That is why whenever we wake up with a night of good sleep, everything starts to look like new. As if we had faced things before sleeping, now we have forgotten to a great extent. That's why sleep is more good for health.

4. Good Readings:- 

Good reading is also very important if you want to live a happy life. You can read a lot of good books in good readings. For example, even if you have less time, at least half an hour / 30 minutes, then you can take time to study. 

Daily 30 minutes read a good book. Read Books, Magazines, News Papers or any informational articles, blogs. You get to learn a lot of new things by reading.

5. Say Something Nice To Yourself:- 

Praise yourself, talking to yourself hardly seems crazy to anyone, but according to my research, whatever successful person is, they are always interested in talking to themselves and even today they talk to themselves. 

Treat yourself and give punishments to yourself. So when you feel lonely or have some nervousness, you want to talk to someone, but no one is with you, if you want to motivate yourself, then talk to yourself, you will be mind free. And you will also understand yourself better. 

Once you have learned to understand yourself, then nothing can stop you from being happy. Because then you will be familiar with all these beforehand and you will be able to keep yourself away from bad things.

6. Don't Trust on Anyone:- 

Trust, don't trust this even by mistake. Because when trust breaks, you become unhappy. Because the world does not matter if you are in pain. This world wants you to be unhappy. 

That is why, you have done enough trust so far, you have tried and now you know very well who is worth trusting and who is not. So please stop trusting someone else and enjoy your life. Just trust yourself. Be happy, your smile is more valuable.

7. Go to Outdoor:- 

Go to Outdoor, Friends You must have experienced this very much that whenever you are angry at home and your friend suddenly comes to your house and when you go out with him, then your mood is suddenly good. Goes You become absolutely sad to happy. 

So next time whenever you are worried due to any reason or else you feel that something is not going right, you must make a plan to go out on that day. In this fact, I do this myself, and sometimes I go to the garden alone, and within a short time, I start feeling good.

8. Keep Yourself Free from Social Media:- 

Social Media, a waste of time, means Social Media. However, I am not saying that there is nothing worth learning in it. Friend, there is a lot to learn on social media, but the dependence is on us. 

Many people are unknowingly using social media to make free time a waste of time. Which becomes a thing to spoil one's own future with a lot of time. With social media, we want to do entertainment, but gradually our mind gets converted from somewhere and we slowly go into the trace with time. 

Why we are addicted to social media by then. Which you do not even know when all this happened. And by looking at the images and status of others on social media, you have almost forgotten your personal life. That is why you lose your freedom and happiness. 

So I would like to advise you that you should start making the distance from social media as much as possible from today and go to social media only if some important work is done. This will save your time as well and at the same time, you will spend your life in good deeds and live your life happily.

9. Eat Good Food:- 

Things like deep-fried, junk foods that are very tasty to eat and favorite as well as all of us. But you might not know that such things prevent our body as well as our mind from functioning properly. 

Now if our mind does not work properly, then think that we will be able to take a decision on our own or do some work properly? Will we be happy if the work is not done properly? Yes, you will not be able to live. 

Therefore, to keep the mind healthy and strong, it is very important to eat natural things with good vitamins and proteins, not chemical things. If your body and mind will be healthy, then you will also be healthy and happy. And that's what I want you to be happy. 

If you want to be happy, then we have to do all this from today itself.

10. Stay Away from Bad Peoples:- 

Be it a bad relationship or friend circle, both are at a disadvantage, so try to always keep yourself away from such people and things so that you can focus more on yourself. 

Due to which you will be able to understand yourself more and more and you will also be happy.
